  • Best option for:
    • Customers who just want tasty healthy delivery meals from time to time to lighten their workload. Not into calorie counting.
    • Advanced calorie counters who want the most flexibility to vary calories from one meal occasion to the next.
  • How it works:
    • You select meal size for lunch
      • Small (350 cals)
      • Medium (450 cals)
      • Large (650 cals)
    • You select meal size for dinner
      • Small (350 cals)
      • Medium (450 cals)
      • Large (650 cals)
    • You select the number of days per week you want the meals for: 4,5,6 or 7
    • Add Breakfast & Snacks (when available) and select sizes
    • View the meals you will receive (these can be changed - see below*)
    • Select subscription (default) or change to one-off purchase. Proceed to check out.
If you are an advanced calorie counter who wants to select individual dishes in whatever quantity and size: you can select a one-off purchase at step 6 and then edit the individual dishes.

  • Best option for:
    • Customers who want a structured plan to reach or maintain a weight goal.
  • How it works:
    • You set your Target Daily Calorie Intake (TDCI) to reach or maintain your weight goal.
      You can use the calorie calculator provided to help set your TDCI.
    • The model allocates optimum meal sizes for you by splitting your TDCI across
      • Breakfast
      • Lunch
      • Dinner
      • Snacks & Drinks
      You select which meals Simply Calicious will supply and the number of days 4,5,6 or,7 per week you want the meals for
    • View the meals you will receive and proceed to check out. You can change dishes by logging back in after you place your order.

FAQs

  • What’s on the menu
    There is a new menu each week with some popular dishes available from week to week
  • Dietary preferences
    At this time we only offer an omnivorous diet option
  • Changing dishes
    Subscription orders: You can change dishes by logging into your Simply Calicious account in the 7 days before order cut-off for any given week. We will also send you an email to remind you.
    One-off purchase: You can change the dishes at the time you place your order
  • Timing from Order to Delivery
    Orders are taken every week.
    Each new week of orders starts on Saturday morning
    and closes at 10pm on Friday (aka Order cut-off).
    We lock the orders (no more changes) and purchase fresh produce.
    The meals for those orders are prepared during the week after order cut-off
    Orders are delivered on Saturday morning, 8 days after order cut-off.

    You can easily check the delivery date at the time of placing your order and it will be on your order confirmation email from Simply Calicious.
